Description
The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) protects the data privacy of consumers in the State of California, effectively replacing the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as of 2023. CPRA strengthens the consumer rights established by the earlier act and imposes additional consumer privacy protection obligations on organisations. This is intended to protect consumers from having their personal data misused, giving them control over what data is collected, processed, shared, or sold. This course provides an overview of CPRA and its requirements.
