Description
This video-based course presents learners with a workplace drama featuring five characters with different conflicts of interest. Learners will follow each scenario and be challenged to identify whether a conflict of interest is present, why a conflict may be present, and the correct next steps for handling it efficiently. This course concludes that reporting conflicts of interest is not a way to catch out well-meaning employees, but a way to protect the interests and safety of an organisation and all its people.
