Racism is discrimination or antagonism by an individual or community against a person or people based on the racial or ethnic group they belong to. In this course, we will explore the different forms that racism can take in a workplace, recognise the short and longer-term impacts of racialised microaggressions, and understand how and why tokenism should be avoided.
