It provides tools to adjust automatic patterns of thinking, and ultimately eliminate discriminatory behaviors. In each section, you will hear first-person accounts about a wide range of issues which face every workplace. The world and the workplace is rapidly changing. The future workforce is more diverse than ever before, with people from all walks of life and many different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures working together in a changed world. Put simply, an organisation which embraces a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion has a better chance at sustainable success.
