Whistleblowing is a legal term used when you, as a member of staff at a college or university, report certain types of corporate wrongdoings. These wrongdoings could range from financial mismanagement, the use of faulty or dangerous equipment, falsifying records, and abuse of privacy rights.
This course will give you the confidence to speak up about potential wrongdoings you notice at work, and will teach you about your legal rights. Although whistleblowing can be challenging, in the long term it benefits everyone in your organisation.
